Jamie co-founded Gemini AMPM and led the business from start-up through 27 years of continuous trading, into the Employee Ownership Trust transition in October 2024 and on to the formation of AMPM Group. He chairs the Group, drives strategy, runs the investor relationships, and signs off the acquisition pipeline.

Like Luke and Dan, Jamie came up through a trades apprenticeship — the conviction behind the AMPM Academy launching in September 2026 is personal as well as commercial.

Luke co-founded Gemini AMPM and is now Commercial Director of AMPM Group. He owns commercial strategy across the Group — estimating, bid management and new-business development — and works the long-term Tier-1 contractor and FM-framework relationships that anchor the client book.

A trades-apprenticeship background (the same path Jamie and Dan came through) underwrites a commercial style that engineers trust: the price the building sees is the price the engineer can deliver.

Dan is the operational lead across every trading division of the Group and the longest-serving member of the management team. As former MD of Gemini AMPM he carries the deepest set of client and supply-chain relationships in the business — from Mace on Peterborough Court to Equans, FirstPort, Moat Homes and the wider Tier-1 supply chain.

Day-to-day delivery, divisional P&L, and the operational integration of any acquired business sit on Dan’s desk. Same trades-apprenticeship route as Jamie and Luke.
